Terms & Conditions
- Individuals over the age of 18, resident in the United Kingdom only who purchase a new Alcatel handset (either on a pay as you go, pay monthly or SIM – Free basis) as shown in Table 1 below (Qualifying Product) from Tesco, either in-store, through telesales or via the equivalent online store available at https://www.tescomobile.com or https://www.tesco.com (Participating Retailer) within the Promotional Period may be eligible to claim and receive a free ODEON cinema ticket (Reward) as shown at Table 1 below, subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms.
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 2nd September 2019 and shall close at 23:59 (BST) on the 29th September 2019 (the “Promotional Period”).

Participants shall be able to redeem the cinema ticket element of their Reward at different ODEON locations, dependant on the postcode of their primary residence as stated during the Claim process as shown at Table 2 below:

- After purchasing a Qualifying Product in accordance with Condition 1 above, Participants must visit www.alcateloffers.com/tesco, and complete the presented form with the requested details, including valid proof or purchase of the Qualifying Product purchased and their address (Claim).
- Participants may make a maximum of one (1) Claim per household. Purchases of Qualifying Products from eBay, Amazon Marketplace or any other 3rd party marketplace are specifically excluded from the Promotion.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase, with the date of purchase as stated on the applicable proof of purchase being considered day one (1), meaning that the final date to make a Claim against purchases of Qualifying Products made on the 29th September 2019 shall be 23:59 (BST) on the 28th October 2019 (Claim Period). Claims submitted or received outside of the Claim Period shall be considered invalid and not eligible for Reward.
- Participants will be sent an email to confirm that their Claim has been received and confirming that it has been successful (Claim Validation). Where the Participant has not received Claim Validation within seven (7) days of submitting their Claim, it is their responsibility to contact the Promoter at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to do so within this time shall result in the Claim being marked as invalid and ineligible for Reward.
- If a Claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the missing information (which may include a photo of the relevant IMEI and/or serial number of the Qualifying Product) to validate their Claim within seven (7) days. If no response is received, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- The Reward shall have no cash value, nor can it be exchanged for an alternative.
- Presuming that the Claim has been submitted in accordance with these Promotion Terms, the Participant shall receive their Reward via email within thirty (30) days of Claim Validation.
- Claims that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties.
- Where the Participant returns the Qualifying Product, they shall be deemed ineligible to make a Claim in relation to this purchase. Where the Participant has already made a Claim, they must inform the Promoter at email@example.com.
- Claims must only be submitted must only be submitted by the Participant. In no circumstances will Claims submitted by any third-party including resellers and/or the Participating Retailer) on behalf of the Participant be accepted. Any such Claims will be rejected, and the Participant shall not be permitted to submit any further Claims.

- References to the Promoter shall mean: TCT Mobile Europe, Le Capitole Parc de Fontaines, 55 Avenues des Champs Pierreux, Nanterre, 92000, France.
- This Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
